REFUND POLICY

We take great care in crafting our Earth-based, all natural products and ensuring they arrive in excellent condition. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to making things right if you experience any issues with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info.a11on3@gmail.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, provide:

​

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue 

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but if your package is significantly delayed or lost, reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist.

Refund Eligibility

​

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for:

​

  • Orders proven to be damaged or incorrect upon arrival

  • Lost shipments (if confirmed by the carrier)

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method with 14 business days once approved.

Non-Refundable Items

​

  • Due to the perishable and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

    • Opened or used products​

    • Products that did not meet personal expectations but were not defective

    • Items purchased during sales or with discount codes

Cancellations

​

Cancellations are only accepted before a shipping label has been created. Once a tracking label is generated, your order is being prepared for shipment and can no longer be canceled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info.a11on3@gmail.com as soon as possible.
